Custom Copper Alloy Terminal Wire Form used in an Automotive Application

The terminal wire form seen in the image was manufactured for sensors used in the automotive industry. The terminals were formed from copper alloy wires with a thickness of 0.082”. We were able to achieve tolerances of 0.001” as the entire tooling was designed in-house using AUTOCAD. 25,000 terminal wire forms with chamfered ends were delivered to the client’s location in California within 30 days.
