A Florida based manufacturer wanted us to design and build wire links for use in medical devices. The wire links were manufactured from ASTM standard fine stainless steel wire.

The customer provided the specifications in a print and .DWG AutoCAD file. Tools for producing these wire links were designed by our expert design team. State of the art equipment, coupled with engineering expertise, helped us to achieve tolerances as low as 0.0002”, and eliminated the need for additional secondary services. We produced 1 million wire links within a month of receiving the order.
