Our clients trust us to provide quality metal stamped parts ranging from medical components to electronic terminals, automotive bus bars, brackets, heat sinks, and so much more. We can also produce lightweight components for electric vehicles, as well as durable structural components. Backed by over 6 decades of experience, no project is too challenging for our team.
Key Benefits
Metal stamping is a precise manufacturing technique that achieves high production speeds cost-effectively. Some of its biggest advantages include:
- Design flexibility. This process can produce intricate and complex shapes in a variety of sizes.
- Maintain tight tolerances. We achieve tolerances up to ±0.0005 in., allowing us to meet even the most demanding industry needs, including medical device manufacturing and renewable energy projects.
- Cost-effectiveness. After the die has been created, it’s possible to manufacture large volumes of parts at high speeds. The stamping process also uses materials more efficiently, minimizing waste.
Assembly Services
In addition to producing quality stamped parts, we also offer fully automated assembly services with reliable just-in-time delivery.
Capabilities
We customize automated assembly processes to match your unique project requirements, with the ability to deliver part volumes of up to 200 pieces per minute. Our team offers expertise in tasks like in-line contact staking, threaded holes, screw insertion, and more.
Industrial Applications
Keats Manufacturing’s assembly services accommodate the needs of both simple and complex applications, including:
- Automotive. Busbars, lug terminals, reel to reel terminals, loose terminals, lead frames, heat sinks, lighting components, brackets, shields, bushings, clips, spacers, torque limiters, connectors, antennas
- Electrical distribution. Circuit breaker parts, jaws, connectors, terminals, clips
- Consumer products. Components for smoke alarms, appliances, HVAC systems
- Renewable energy. Assembly of solar panel hardware, brackets, clips
