Custom Wire Forms

We custom design and manufacture wire forms of different shapes and sizes. A variety of fabrication procedures, such as bending, drawing, and straightening, are performed by us for forming wired products. Wire forms of any length or angle, ranging from small pins to large wire shelves and racks, can be built by us. Wire fasteners, links, and terminals are available in fine or ultra fine sizes of up to 0.18 inch.

Complex wire form shapes are produced Four slide, multi slide machines and by state-of-the-art CNC machines at our shop. We can also weld small forms together to create wire assemblies. Additional services such as coining, chamfering and piercing of wire forms are offered too. With our well experienced die makers, we custom design all our tools to produce wire forms of uncompromising quality.

Our designers will coordinate with you to design wire forms that meet your exact requirements. To ensure high quality across all our wire forms, we collect data across all manufacturing stages to facilitate final inspection before delivery.
