A lighting client approached Keats to design tooling and stamp a custom brass contact.
Using AutoCAD software, the experts at Keats designed tooling to stamp the .015″ thick, 1.75″ long and .238″ wide, contact. Throughout the entire process we held tightest tolerances of ±.005″. 350,000 of the contacts were delivered weekly to the client’s location in Mexico.
